Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order for the goods to be received back to us. (21 days for international orders)   To request a return visit your account page

Accessories and jewellery cannot be returned.

All items must be returned in their original, sellable condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included (for example, shoe boxes for footwear).

To be eligible for a return, items must:

    • Have all original tags still attached
    • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
    • Be free from make-up, fake tan, deodorant, or any other marks
    • Have no scent of perfume, pets, body odour, washing powder, smoke, etc.
    • Show no signs of outdoor wear
    • Be in a condition that is hygienic and suitable for resale

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these standards, we will be unable to accept the return. The item will be sent back to you, and return postage costs will be your responsibility.

Returned items are not accepted in stores. Items must be returned using the online returns process.  We are also unable to process items bought from retail stores; you will need to contact the store directly.

Please include the original packing slip/returns form with your order number clearly visible along with your items. We cannot process your return without your order number and name.

To start a return, log in to your account.  If your order is not viewable in your account, to request a return, contact us and we will work with you to resolve this. store@coco-blush.uk Please include your order number in any emails.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend you send items back using a tracked shipping/postal service.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return maybe delayed being processed or returned.

Excessive returns may incur restocking fees at 7% of order value.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any fees, taxes, and duties for international returns. Any charges incurred when we receive your items will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not refund shipping/postage costs.

Cancellations We will always try our best to cancel an order once requested. However, some orders may already have been processed or shipped before we are able to cancel. Any card processing or currency conversion fees charged to us will be deducted from the refund.
