Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays/National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only.
Shipping (UK Mainland)
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Remote Locations
Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and some remote areas may be subject to delays due to Royal Mail routing or Customs checks.

Standard delivery: 5-8 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the service selected.
Customs Charges
We ship international orders using DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), which means all applicable duties and import taxes are included. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay.
This is subject to us successfully settling the customs charges on your behalf. If you are contacted by customs or receive a payment request, please contact us immediately. We are unable to reimburse any customs charges paid directly to customs by the customer.
Please note that deliveries can only be made to residential addresses without additional charges. Deliveries to hotels or business addresses may result in extra duties or taxes, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.
We not responsible for import charges on returned items. Returns that incur customs charges will have the customs/taxes fees deducted from the refund about.
Safe Place / Leave With Neighbour Requests
If you would prefer for your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, you can select these options using the links provided by the delivery company when sending shipping updates for your order.
However, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage that may occur if your parcel is left in your requested safe place or with your chosen neighbour.
Incorrect Addresses / Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for additional postage costs.
If there is no response to re-delivery attempts and the item is subsequently destroyed by the carrier, no refund will be issued. Should the parcel be returned to sender or redirected after unsuccessful delivery attempts, and there is no confirmation that the delivery will be accepted, the customer will remain responsible for the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs duties or charges incurred.
Lost / Delayed Parcels
Each delivery company considers a parcel lost only after a specific timeframe has passed (usually 10 working days for Tracked services). We cannot replace or refund an order until this period has elapsed.
